Wally Fraser PhD, LCPC, CCS
Wally is a Maine licensed counselor who has extensive experience in crisis services, working with first responders, substance use disorders, and treating anxiety and trauma. He has academic experience in police officer wellness, and the support leadership provides. Additionally, Wally has provided wellness, self-care, and communication training to first responders throughout Penobscot County. With over 3,000 hours of ride-alongs with local law enforcement, he has deeply immersed himself in their culture, building close relationships within the community.

Emily Genever PhD, LCPC, NCC
Emily is a licensed counselor in the state of Maine with a unique background that bridges emergency medical services and mental health. She began her career as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), gaining invaluable on-the-ground experience before transitioning into the field of psychology. With over a decade of professional experience in mental health counseling, Emily specializes in crisis intervention, disaster response, and first responder wellness. Her extensive work includes providing counseling, trainings, debriefings, and consultations to Maine’s first responders, making her a trusted resource in the community.
